  • All Items sold are subject to availability.
  • We shall always attempt to despatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please allow 5 days for delivery.
  • If your item is unavailable, we shall contact you via phone or e-mail address provided and we will refund your credit card within 10 working days.
  • Postage and Packing is charged at £9.50 for orders of £150 or less and FREE OF CHARGE for orders over £150 within the U.K. mainland. Despatched for NEXT DAY delivery by Securicor. Postage and Packing for Overseas orders will be applied at Parcel Force rates.
  • Only faulty goods may be returned for a full refund (to the address below).
  • If a part received is wrong, we shall exchange the item immediately (stocks allowing) on receipt of the item to the address below.
  • Should you order the wrong parts, we shall exchange the item as above, however, you may be liable for postage and packing.
  • You must notify (to the address below) within FIVE working days of any damaged or Faulty Goods.
  • Personal Cheques must clear before delivery of product.
  • We can only accept personal cheques from UK residents.
  • We will not pass on your email address to any other companies.
